WEDDING DAY TRANSPORTATION SCHEDULE
Below is the schedule for wedding day shuttles. Please be outside and ready to go at the specific time for your hotel.
All shuttles will depart the venue at 10:45PM following the reception.
Accommodations
We have secured a number of room blocks, which are listed below. We recommend booking them as soon as possible, as wedding season is very busy in Leesburg in October and we anticipate the hotels to book up! If you have any difficulty booking a hotel room, please reach out to Caroline!

Hampton Inn & Suites Leesburg
Room rates are as follows: $169 + tax for King Standard, $179 + tax for Queen Double Standard, and $189 + tax for King Suite with pull-out sofa.

Airports
There are three airports all within about an hour and twenty minute drive from our venue!
Washington Dulles (IAD) (20 miles away or a 30 minute drive). Reagan National (DCA) (46 miles or a 50 minute drive). Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI) (70 miles away or an hour and fifteen minute drive).
All three airports have large rental car inventory.
